Planning an event that offers photo scanning?

Recently, E-Z Photo Scan had the opportunity to take an inquiry from Lisa Webster, founder of Grand Scale Video Productions in Pittsburgh, PA. Lisa was asking if there were any tips or tricks we might be able to offer as she set about planning a public event that included offering photo scanning.
